A housing partner for the next step.
We welcome appropriate referrals from recovery, reentry, healthcare, community, professional, and sober-living networks when the prospective resident fits the level of support our home provides.
Potential referral relationships
Referral sources may include the following. A referral does not automatically mean the referring organization funds the placement.
Healthcare
Hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and appropriate post-discharge organizations seeking housing for medically stable individuals.
Recovery & Reentry
Substance-use programs, outpatient programs, reentry resources, parole-related partners, correctional discharge resources, and recovery-community connections.
Community
Other sober living homes at capacity, community organizations, professional referrals, online inquiries, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Let's talk about fit and availability.
Use this form to begin a referral conversation. Please do not enter medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, legal documents, or other sensitive information here.
All prospective residents ultimately enter through the same admission pathway.
We provide sober living/supportive housing, not clinical or medical treatment.
